Produced in collaboration with DMS Design for a Massachusetts-based multifamily developer, this 338,800 SF project consists of 314 units and is based in downtown Lynn, MA. The most challenging tasks included producing several iterations of precast panels in collaboration with the precast manufacturer to conform with the building’s irregular shape.
