The Project Story
The Vida Beach Resort is a premium 5-star lifestyle destination that beautifully blends coastal serenity with modern, tech-savvy luxury. Developed by Eagle Hills Diyar and operated by Emaar Hospitality Group, the property features a striking 10-story layout that integrates public hotel areas, high-end guest rooms, and premium branded serviced residences—all with direct indoor access to the Marassi Galleria Mall.

While Gensler’s creative leads established the high-level design vision, we worked as part of the core interior team responsible for the technical heavy lifting. Our role was focused on translating those luxury hospitality concepts into flawless construction-ready documentation. We spent my time deep in the technical details: developing detailed interior drawing packages, coordinating spatial data, and producing technical layouts for public areas, guest rooms, and bespoke joinery. It was all about making sure that the high-end finishes, complex ceiling transitions, and custom furniture elements were as structurally sound and constructible as they were beautiful.
