The Project Story
The Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Analytics & Innovation Hub is a state-of-the-art corporate workspace designed to dismantle traditional silos and catalyze a culture of continuous experimentation. Built around three core pillars—Curiosity, Connectivity, and Creativity—the 3,200-square-meter floor plate translates abstract corporate vision into a high-performance architectural narrative.
Key Design Features:
The Threshold (Curiosity): A crisp, tech-forward entry foyer transitions into a rich, wooden "Media Canyon," acting as a dramatic experiential portal that draws people into the heart of the space.
The Landscape (Connectivity): A fluid, open-plan layout that replaces rigid walls with intuitive transitions. It seamlessly integrates flexible collaborative lounges and a central communal dining space to foster spontaneous cross-pollination.
The Incubators (Creativity): Private, tech-equipped workshop rooms and innovation labs punctuate the perimeter, allowing teams a focused environment to prototype ideas in real time.
By balancing narrative-driven architecture with agile, human-centric workspaces, the hub stands as a benchmark for how spatial design can actively shape the future of collaboration.
