Trillith LIVE
Location: Fayetteville, Georgia
The Project Story
Trilith LIVE is a 530,000-square-foot, multi-purpose entertainment venue located within the larger Trilith development in Fayetteville, Georgia. Designed to support concerts, live television, conventions, corporate events, screenings, and special productions, the facility combines two live audience sound stages, a cinema and auditorium complex, a parking deck, and a central atrium into a highly flexible, plug-and-play destination.
As the lead architect and coordinating consultant, NELSON oversaw architecture, land planning, master planning coordination, and visualization, leveraging more than a decade of experience with the Trilith campus. The design prioritizes adaptability, allowing individual spaces to operate independently or seamlessly together to accommodate events of varying scales.
A key feature of the project is the primary auditorium, where careful attention was given to acoustics, sightlines, and audience experience through close collaboration with theater and acoustic specialists. The result is a high-performance venue that supports the evolving needs of the creative industry while strengthening Trilith's role as a premier destination for entertainment and production.
